The Waterville Main Street Association established a facade grant program to benefit local businesses who are wanting to improve the exterior of their building with new signage and/or lighting.  This is a one-time opportunity for each downtown business in the reimbursable amount of $500.

 

In 2023, Waterville Main Street awarded a facade grant to Cathi Nelson for her project to brighten our downtown corridor through the purchase of illuminated snowflakes and lights to place on the garland and trees on the light poles on main street.

 

If you are a downtown business owner and would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the following application and return it to the Waterville Main Street Association as indicated at the bottom of the form.  Your application will be reviewed by the WMA Board and you will be notified as to whether it is approved or what changes you will need to make on it to become approved.
