The Pioneer Park Deli, located on Locust Street at 114 W. Locust Street, across from Knemeyers Eatery & Spirits, continues to fill a niche in Waterville, offering breakfast and lunch Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6am-4pm, and Wednesday 6am-2pm. Juanita greets every customer with a welcoming smile and lots of good cheer, and boy, can she cook!!!
The daily lunch specials are: Monday: Meatloaf sandwich or w/potatoes, gravy & vegie Tuesday: Tacos – type changes week to week using either hard or soft shells, Chicken, Pork, Carne Asada, Ground beef or Brisket Wednesday: Burgers – Chili, Teriyaki, Mushroom, Bacon cheese burger dip, or Chicken burger Thursday: Comfort Food Casserole – Shepherds Pie, Chicken & Dumplings, Goulash , Lasagna Friday: BBQ Ribs – Pork, Beef spare ribs, Baked Beans, Potato salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, and Corn on the cob.
The coffee is always on and you might just want to try a delicious milkshake!
